1.    Do you travel outside of your local area?
a.    Yes, we are available for travel both domestically and internationally. Our current pricing includes travel of up to two hours from Orlando, FL. Travel outside of two hours from Orlando may require an overnight stay and additional travel cost.

2.    Am I able to print the photos anywhere I want?
a.    Our pricing model is set up to utilize our professional lab. Because of this, we require print and product ordering through Fixed Focus Photography.

3.    Do you have a second photographer?
a.    For our boudoir sessions, we have one photographer and one assistant to make sure the session flows smoothly.

4.    How long until I am able to view my photographs?
a.    Post processing takes approximately four weeks from the event date. We strive to get you your photos as soon as possible, however we do not want to rush processing as this can have an effect on quality. Certain requests for retouching may take considerably longer due to the amount of retouching required.

5.    Do you collect sales tax?
a.    The IRS requires us to have to collect sales tax on the quoted package amount. All packages and product are plus tax.

6.    Are my sessions private?
a.    Yes, All of our sessions are private, unless you specify otherwise. There is always a female present to ensure the safety of both parties.

7.    Do you require a contract?
a.    We do require a contract for services. This contract is to make sure that every detail of your day is clearly written out and to clearly outline what our services provide to you.

8.    I don’t like any of your package options, can you customize one for me?
a.    Absolutely!, We can work with whatever products expectations you may have. We also have an A la Carte pricing guide as well. Please let us know what you are looking for and we will be sure to meet your request.

9.    Do you offer albums?
a.    We offer a number of different album options. Please contact us for any special album requests and we can supply a custom quote.

10.    Do you require a deposit or retainer?
a.    We require a 25% non refundable retainer to hold the event date. This fee secures your day to insure that we do not book it for someone else. The balance of the package is due four weeks prior to the event date.

11. Can my husband/boyfriend/partner be present?
a.   We prefer that your significant other not be present mainly due to that fact we find them to be more of a distraction to the session and you wouldn’t want to ruin the surprise, right?
